Rules & Regulations Acknowledgement Form

At MyPro Golf Camp, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all juniors. Please read the following rules and disciplinary procedures carefully. Parents/guardians are required to acknowledge and accept these terms prior to the start of camp.

Camp Conduct & ExpectationsAll camp rules will be clearly explained to juniors on arrival. However, it’s important that parents understand these expectations and the consequences of any breaches. Our staff are experienced in working with juniors and will manage minor behavioural issues calmly and constructively. In more serious situations, we may contact parents for support. If a camper’s behaviour puts others’ safety or wellbeing at risk, they may be sent home. In such cases:

  • No refund will be issued.
  • Parents will be responsible for arranging travel.
  • The camper will be supervised and cared for until departure.

Camp Rules

Campers are expected to follow these rules at all times:

  • Bullying or aggressive behaviour is not tolerated.
  • Foul language is prohibited.
  • Campers must stay in their rooms after 10pm curfew and keep noise to a minimum.
  • Boys and girls are not allowed to enter each other’s bedrooms.
  • Alcohol, tobacco, vapes, and illegal substances are strictly forbidden.
  • Weapons or dangerous items, including knives, are not permitted.
  • Camp property and the natural environment must be respected.
  • Campers must remain on site unless accompanied by staff or granted permission.
  • All medication must be handed to staff on arrival and will be administered by them as needed.
  • Juniors are encouraged to speak English as much as possible to foster inclusion. Staff will support those with limited English.

These rules are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and fun experience for everyone.

Disciplinary Procedure

We use a fair but firm approach when dealing with behaviour issues. Most concerns are resolved through informal conversations, but more serious or repeated incidents may result in formal disciplinary action. The steps below may be applied (not necessarily in order):

  • Verbal Warning: Expectations will be reinforced, and the camper will have a chance to improve.
  • Written Warning: Parents will be notified, and a behaviour plan may be introduced.
  • Temporary Exclusion from Activities: The camper may be removed from certain activities, such as golf, outings, or social events, for a time to reflect.
  • Final Warning / Dismissal: In cases of serious or ongoing misconduct, the camper may be dismissed from camp.
